TradeAlert delivers automated trade alerts — signals that indicate a potential buy or sell condition has been detected in a tracked security. These alerts are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or personalized guidance of any kind.

Nothing on this platform, in our Discord server, via SMS, via email, or in any other communication from TradeAlert or its operators constitutes:

• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• An offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• Personalized investment advice tailored to your financial situation

You should not make any investment decision based solely on an alert from TradeAlert. Always conduct your own research and, if appropriate, consult a licensed financial professional before trading.

Community discussion. Our Discord server and other community spaces may include discussion among members. Statements, opinions, setups, or trade ideas shared by other members are their own — they are not financial advice, are not endorsed or verified by TradeAlert, and other members are not investment advisers. Do not rely on peer commentary as a basis for any investment decision.

2. Not a Registered Investment Adviser

TradeAlert LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state securities regulator. We do not hold ourselves out as investment advisers or broker-dealers.

Our alerts are generated by automated systems applying proprietary technical indicators to market data. The delivery of these alerts is an automated informational service — all trading decisions and trade executions are made solely by you, in your own brokerage account.

3. Trading Involves Substantial Risk of Loss

Trading securities, futures, options, forex, leveraged ETFs, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for every investor. You may lose some or all of the money you invest. Specific risks include, but are not limited to:

• Market risk. Prices can move rapidly and without warning due to economic conditions, geopolitical events, company news, or broad market sentiment.
• Leverage risk. Leveraged and inverse ETFs (such as SOXL, TQQQ, or UVXY) can move multiple times the return of their underlying index — in either direction. Losses can accumulate quickly, especially in volatile markets.
• Liquidity risk. Thinly traded securities may be difficult to sell at a desired price, or at all.
• Technology risk. Alerts depend on third-party infrastructure (Discord, SMS carriers, email providers, and market data feeds). Delays, outages, or failures in these systems may cause alerts to arrive late or not at all.
• Signal risk. Our signals are generated by technical indicators and do not predict the future. A signal that worked in historical testing may fail in live markets. Indicators can produce false positives and false negatives.

Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any performance figures, backtested results, win rates, or example trades presented on the TradeAlert website, Discord server, or in any marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee or imply future results.

Backtested results are inherently limited: they are calculated with the benefit of hindsight, do not account for real-world slippage, commissions, or taxes, and are subject to survivorship bias. Live trading outcomes will differ from backtested outcomes.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeAlert LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or lost profits arising from reliance on any alert or signal
• Losses resulting from delayed, missed, or erroneous alerts due to technical failures
• Any decision made based on information provided by TradeAlert

Your use of TradeAlert is entirely at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Services

TradeAlert delivers alerts through third-party platforms including Discord, SMS carriers, and email providers. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee delivery, timeliness, or availability. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or policy changes imposed by these third parties that affect alert delivery.

7. No Guarantee of Continuous Service

TradeAlert is a subscription service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to alerts, the platform, or any delivery channel. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

This Risk Disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
